Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their on4d account password. on4d strongly recommends using a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and changing it regularly. on4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from a password that has been shared or compromised by the user.

On4d follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to platform security and integrity. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a MyKad or passport — before their first withdrawal or when transactions exceed certain thresholds.

The minimum withdrawal limit at on4d is RM 30. Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes for eWallet methods (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow. FPX transfers may take slightly longer depending on bank operating hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the original deposit — on4d does not permit withdrawals to a different account or digital wallet from the one used for the deposit.
On4d reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if there is suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or outstanding KYC verification requirements. Funds withheld due to confirmed fraudulent activity will not be returned.
All transactions on on4d are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). on4d does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Any attempt to transact in a currency other than RM will be automatically rejected by the on4d system.
All bets placed on on4d are considered final once confirmation is received by the system. Users may not cancel or amend any bet that has been placed and confirmed, except in specific situations expressly permitted by on4d. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bets prior to confirmation.
On4d reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded in full to the User's account. on4d will notify affected Users within a reasonable timeframe. on4d's decision in such matters is final.
All casino games at on4d — including slots, roulette, baccarat, and blackjack — use RNG engines that have been audited by independent certification bodies. The outcome of every game is random and free from external influence. The RTP (Return to Player) stated for each game represents a long-term average and is not a guarantee of returns for any individual session.
Virtual Sports on on4d use the same RNG engine — the outcome of every virtual match is random and cannot be predicted. Virtual team ratings influence probabilities over the long term but do not guarantee any individual result. Bets on Virtual Sports are subject to all general betting terms set out in this document.
